In New York, USM has been privileged to work with such organizations as World Financial Properties, the Rouse Company, the Trump Organization, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the New York City Parks Department to develop specialty markets and temporary tenant programs in some of Manhattan’s most sought-after locations. Sites have included the South Street Seaport, Grand Central Terminal, Union Square, World Financial Center and Central Park at Columbus Circle.
