We were appointed by Kinston First, the local BID, to assess the charter market and advise them on taking control of it from the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. This would cover both short and long term timeframes and included ideas on expanding the market to other days of operation including Sundays and a proposal for mentoring staff to build up their skills in handling the market longer term.
