We were invited by LB Southwark to consider the potential of several possible locations for a new market in Camberwell. We identified two good locations that would suit small market activity. We were then commissioned by the C&DART to establish the feasibility of regular market activity on Camberwell Green and Artichoke Place. The idea of a weekly market was put forward and as this would take time to establish itself and become self-sustaining it required council funding.

| Results | Unfortunately the funding available for the weekly market was switched to an alternative use but we were asked to organise a summer and a Christmas market which took place in tented environment on Camberwell Green. These were successful and led to us putting further recommendations to the client. |
