Chelsea Farmers Market
"This offbeat little collection of shops remains one of Chelsea's great delights" — Time & Leisure
USM took a lease in 2001 from the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust for the management of this unique estate of eleven chalet–style shops and restaurants in Sydney Street, just off the fashionable King’s Road in Chelsea. As with Shepherd’s Market in Mayfair there is no stall trading, but an attractive mix of fashion and designer goods, a garden centre, a pet parlour, an organic supermarket and three al fresco restaurants, which has an enduring popularity with both locals and visitors alike.
This is not USM’s first experience with this site, having in the 1980’s been involved in a cultural programme based at Chelsea Farmers Market and in the promotion and advertising of the site. USM has already added new units to the site, and further developments are planned
