USM took over the management of this imposing property in june 2002, on behalf of the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust. It consists of two period buildings situated on the corner of Sydney Street and London’s fashionable King’s Road, surrounding a tranquil paved courtyard.

Within four months the property was fully let by USM to a mix of approximately 20 companies, including restaurants and shops, art galleries, an antiques arcade, health clinics and design studios for world famous fashion houses and PR companies such as Tom Ford, Patrick Cox, Roland Mouret and Halpern.
